Intermediate Form 2

In Intermediate Form part 2, we build on what we have learned in Push Hands and IF1 and bring it into the form. During this course, we will go on with the concepts and work on refining and deepening the internalization of the form.

Intermediate Form invites you to further develop your Tai Chi practice and is the next step towards greater balance, alignment and relaxation.

Part two of the course consists of six lessons.
