In Beginners 2 (B2) you continue with the second part of the form (the earth part). With the new movements you learn in this course the tai chi principles are deepened and, in a manner of speaking, also challenged. For example, some steps require a larger opening of your hip joint. Can you also relax and stay in balance? Just like in the first part - in addition to the principles - precision of the positions and movements play an important role.
