SIGN UP FOR A FREE INTRODUCTION LESSON In the course Beginners 1 (B1) you will learn the first third of the form*, which is actually a complete form in itself. All principles of Tai Chi are explored. We have 16 lessons in this Zoom class so that we have enough time to spend on the basics and principles of Tai Chi (i.e., qualities that are continuously present, such as relaxation and straightness) In every lesson we introduce and practice QiGong. And even though we are not together in one classroom, there is sufficient time and space for feedback and to answer questions. The Tai Chi Form The short form Yang style as we practice it at our school consists of 37 positions that are executed in a slow and smooth movement. The form is divided into three parts: that of man, earth and heaven, referring to Tai Chi as a way to (learn to) live in harmony between heaven (yang) and earth (yin). Practical information The lessons are internationally accessible and therefore the language of instruction is English. Tools such as videos and illustrations of the different positions are included in the course.
