In Beginners 2 (B2) you continue with the second part of the form (the earth part). In the new movements you learn in this course, the tai chi principles are deepened and, as it were, also challenged. For example, some steps require a larger opening of your hip joint. Can you also relax and stay in balance? Just like in the first part - in addition to the principles - precision of the positions and movements play an important role.
